The Devoto Group goal is to find the best candidate for the positions we’re working AND find the best position for the candidates we’re speaking with. To meet these goals, here is how we work with candidates:
We identify potential candidates using our database and other research tools such a linkedIn. If interested in being considered, please reach out to us.
We then reach out to the candidate and request updated contact information and resume.
We review each prospects background against the criteria for each position to determine if they are a fit. If so, will request additional information from candidate on their fit with the key criteria in their own words.
Next is a call with the recruiter working the search to further delve into your background and fit for the position, provide details on the opportunity and answer any questions you have.
Once our pre-qualification is complete we present you to the client. Feedback from the client is expected within the week and we will contact you with that information and next steps.
We work with the client to schedule all interviews, have a short “prep” call with each candidate to advise them how to prepare for each interview. We then get feedback from the client and next steps, which we share with you.
If client requests, we will ask for your references. Either we or the client will contact them.
We will work with you and the client to assist with negotiating the offer and start date.
We stay in touch with you up to and after your start date.
